Return Conditions
- All returned items must have an order number provided by Pizuna or an authorized marketplace.
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- Share barcode and product photos to obtain a return label.
- Provide photo of product, courier receipt, and tracking number before returning.
- Products must be delivered to our warehouse in sellable condition upon receiving the return label.
- Non-Returnable Products: Certain products are non-returnable, including Napkins and Pillow Covers.
